Alan W. Jackson has over 30 years of leadership, management, and consulting experience, mostly at the managerial and executive levels including positions as CEO. His experience has been directed at strategic planning, change management and project management, organizational change and development, and profit and operational improvement. He has a well-developed ability to run organizations at the top level and motivate  and lead management groups, both operationally and as a consultant. He has a proven track record of helping organizations improve their profitability and their operations through sound management  techniques. He is a recognized expert in future studies, strategic planning, change management and organizational leadership. He specializes in service sector businesses, including insurance, professional firms, transportation, education, government, and technology firms. Mr. Jackson has helped clients improve customer service and operating productivity resulting in improved market share and bottom line profits. He is a proven leader and understands the importance of maintaining project scope, budget and schedule.

 

Mr. Jackson has been with Peru State College, Peru Nebraska since 2005. Prior that that he served as a management consultant for 10 years.

 

 

 

As an accomplished writer, Mr. Jackson has authored numerous articles on management and leadership, business strategy, and consulting. He has authored a monthly column on business and also the host of a local business radio talk show. His audio tape, The Professional Job Finding System has received praise from clients and personnel consultants alike. He has prepared or reviewed over 126 business and strategic plans for clients. As a strategist, he has conducted external audits of the macro environment, and has conducted strategic management clinics for small and medium sized enterprises.
